Project Overview
OUCO Industry recently marked another successful domestic deployment, delivering a specialized dual-crane deck system for a high-profile law enforcement patrol vessel. The customized equipment package consists of a high-performance A-Frame Crane and a highly maneuverable 2.5T6.5M Small Knuckle & Telescopic Boom Offshore Crane. Following comprehensive technical guidance and on-site installation support from OUCO’s engineering team, both units have been successfully commissioned and are now fully operational.

To meet the rigorous tactical and logistical demands of patrol operations, OUCO tailored both systems with distinct operational parameters:
The 20KN A-Frame Crane: Engineered for rapid launching and recovery, this compact unit offers a Safe Working Load (SWL) of 20KN, stretching to a maximum outboard load of 25KN. Featuring a deck-to-lower-pulley clearance of 4.25m and a total width of 3.8m, it articulates seamlessly between a maximum outboard angle of +54° and an inboard angle of -21°. The integrated winch relies on a 10mm high-tensile wire rope (break load >80KN) with a 50m capacity, yielding a precise workload from 2T @ 20m/min (innermost layer) to 1.5T @ 25m/min (outermost layer) within a fast ~90s cycle time.
The 2.5T6.5M Knuckle & Telescopic Crane: Designed for general cargo handling in restricted deck spaces, this offshore crane handles a 2.5t SWL with a flexible working radius of 2m to 6.5m. Driven by a robust 22KW motor (Y180L-4-H, 415V/50Hz/3P, IP56), it delivers a 20m/min hoisting speed, 30m lifting height, and full 360° rotation at 1r/min. Optimized for active sea states, it manages smooth operations under a significant wave height of Hsig = 0.88m and wind speeds up to 20m/s, responding rapidly with luffing times of ~50s and a boom extension time of ~40s.

The seamless on-site installation and subsequent sea trials have earned high praise from the client. The dual-crane setup has significantly enhanced the vessel's operational flexibility, allowing the crew to transition effortlessly between strategic tender launches and daily material handling, even in demanding marine environments (Heel≤5°, Trim≤2°).
Expressing complete satisfaction with OUCO's reliable engineering and meticulous after-sales guidance, the client has already communicated a strong, positive intent for future procurement. This project further solidifies OUCO’s reputation as a trusted partner for domestic and global maritime fleets seeking tailored, low-maintenance deck machinery.
