Recently, a delegation of Indian customers visited the OUCO factory for an in-depth site inspection and technical discussions. Having shown strong interest in OUCO’s mechanical grabs, the visit further strengthened mutual trust and laid a solid foundation for long-term cooperation.
The customer, primarily engaged in shipping agency services and heavy equipment leasing, is expanding its fleet of larger grabs to meet growing business needs. Before visiting OUCO, they had explored suppliers in Bangkok and Indonesia.
The relationship began when the customer accepted OUCO’s invitation to meet at the Middle East Maritime Exhibition in Dubai. The positive first meeting prompted them to travel to China for a full factory tour.
During the visit, the customer explored OUCO’s production workshops and observed our strict quality management, advanced processes, and rigorous testing systems. They emphasized that equipment performance and factory standards were key reasons for choosing OUCO as a partner.
Following the inspection, the customer confirmed the purchase of four 12–15 CBM mechanical grabs and expressed plans for additional orders of 4 12 CBM units in the near future.
