OUCO 5T15M Knuckle Boom Offshore Cranes Pass Final Inspection for Portugal

Two customized 5T15M Knuckle Boom Offshore Cranes have successfully passed the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at OUCO’s facility. These units are now ready for shipment to a leading Portuguese engineering firm specializing in offshore construction and dredging, where they will support critical nearshore operations.

Customized for European Standards

Designed for agility in tight marine environments, these cranes feature a 5-ton Safe Working Load (SWL) at a 15-meter maximum radius. The foldable knuckle boom design, combined with 360-degree continuous slewing, allows for precise positioning on busy decks without occupying excessive space.

Equipped with DIN-type swivel hooks, the cranes offer a lighter yet stronger lifting solution capable of unrestricted rotation, ideal for avoiding obstacles during complex lifts.

Superior Corrosion Resistance

Recognizing the harsh salinity of the Atlantic, all hydraulic piping and interfaces are manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel. This upgrade significantly extends service life and reduces maintenance costs.
