The latest OUCO telescopic crane passed ABS review and went into production

The 4T25M telescopic crane, under ABS surveyor supervision, has successfully passed various tests and received high praise.

This customer, based in Singapore, has previously purchased from OUCO and was extremely satisfied with our product quality and service. As a result, they have returned to order another telescopic crane from us. The customer's requirements were ABS certification, level 4 sea conditions (wave height Hsig 2m), and a mannered system.

Since this is the second cooperation, the customer recognized our manufacturing capabilities and promptly signed the contract and paid the deposit. During production, the customer requested explosion protection for the entire machine, as the crane would be installed on an oil tanker.

Generally, safe areas are available on ships. From an electrical perspective, if the electric control box is placed in a safe area, only the electrical component on the boom needs to be explosion-proof, which can save costs. However, the safe area of the customer's ship was too far from the crane's installation location, requiring a customized explosion-proof electric control box.
