Two sets of 3T12m folding boom cranes ready for ship to India

OUCO has recently produced two sets of 3t12m folding boom telescopic cranes, all set for shipping. These cranes are en route to a renowned shipyard in India, signifying our inaugural lineup of cranes endorsed by the Indian Register of Shipping (IR Classification).

This substantial endeavor has enriched our team with invaluable experience and a thorough comprehension of the certification process and prerequisites set by IR Classification. Empowered by this newfound expertise, OUCO is now fully prepared to cater adeptly to customers seeking IR-certified marine cranes.

In fulfilling this particular order, we exceeded expectations by meticulously adhering to the customer's precise specifications. Throughout the phases of technical design and manufacturing, OUCO ensured:

1. Secondary welding components, such as pipe clamps and flat irons for wiring, underwent meticulous polishing to achieve a seamless finish devoid of any air holes.
2. The surfaces of all procured crane parts, including the electric control box, cables, and oil pipes, underwent meticulous cleaning to eliminate any traces of paint or oil stains.
3. Processed parts, such as exposed grooves, flange surfaces, and shafts, were coated with dura-coat anti-rust oil for optimal protection.
4. Each shipped component was thoughtfully enveloped in dust-proof material to preserve its integrity.
5. Plywood or cardboard was thoughtfully added to the matched flange surfaces to prevent collisions.
6. A corrosion-resistant paint with a substantial thickness of up to 300um was applied for heightened durability.
